Building Performance Energy Retrofit

This Blog chronicles my research on Building Performance Energy Retrofit (BPER) program (in Sonoma County and nationally. This BPER program, a U.S. Federally sponsored endeavor, is an attempt to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions by making our buildings more energy efficient. I believe in this possibility but I'm a skeptic on how it's being designed and rolled out: I believe more of the "truth" and forward-looking innovation (not old models) are required and....I see that as my job.
